The Economic and
Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has opened up on why it re-arrested a
dismissed judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia. About
9 of the official of the anti-graft agency surrounded her after the court struck out corruption
against her. The commission, in a statement, says that Justice
Rita was re-arrested to enable the agency to present fresh criminal charge
against her.
