Lecturers Committed Irregularities During Last Election

Former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Attahiru Jega, has blamed Nigeria's constituent framework depicting it as being under strike. Jega further claimed that government officials utilized college instructors to rig elections, especially in Kano state.
"I think the real emergency in Nigeria's popular government is that our discretionary uprightness has been under ambush, traded off and undermined by the individuals who have command over the procedure," he said.
"See what occurred amid the last elections, and the narrative of anomalies being spread even in our universities.

"The legislators, through warped methods, got collusions with lecturers in the universities to bargain the framework and they executed all kind of anomalies, which clear route for a flawed procedure which paves way for a faulty process for the continued entrenchment of bad people in governance.
